to refocus on right now.
You can have
difficult thoughtsand feelings
and act on what matters to you.
Once we feel anchored in right now, and present
in our bodies, we can start to notice thoughts
as just that: ideas floating through your mind,
not in charge or taking over but just there;
passing.
