Drop Anchor
This is when we practice being in the here-and-now
with breathing and focusing exercises, the ones
we practiced in module one.
Take a minute
to do either some
box breathing
or a ‘5 Things’ practice.
When overwhelming feelings come,
or when thoughts seem so big
and so loud that they seem
to take over all your
mind’s thinking, it’s time
to ‘drop anchor.’
