Take a few days between completing this module
and beginning the next one if possible. During that time,
try to notice times that you are being ‘hooked’
by thoughts and feelings.
When you notice them, name them – that is a thought!, That is a feeling! –
and watch it pass by, using a ‘dropping anchor’ skill if you need to.
